Job Requirements Have a passion for music? Want to get into advertising sales? Cellfish Media is seeking a Fulltime Digital Sales Planner; join the ToneMedia Sales team in our New York, NY office. This position reports to Executive Level management and will play a critical role within the fast paced advertising sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Pre-Sale (gathering sales materials, utilizing research data and tools, creation of compelling and competitive media plans)
• Maintain knowledge of the industries, trends and market we service
• Develop sophisticated marketing plans for high profile national advertisers by working with Ad Ops to verify inventory availability, prior/ current performance, targeting and fixed placement availability; and then to match media with objectives and pricing to create media plan
• Work with sales and ad operations to revise proposals based on client feedback
• Work with sales to brainstorm marketing concepts, pull market research and produce sales marketing collateral
• Manage client needs as it pertains to campaign delivery, custom program tracking and execution
• Maintain up to date knowledge of campaigns running including making adjustments to insertion orders and proposals
• Work with Ad Ops to handle billing questions when necessary
• Utilize reporting tools such as Salesforce, AdDatabase and internal databases for the Sales Rep
• Liaise with internal partners on behalf of the Sales Rep, to enhance proposals to clients
• Assist the Reps with travel reservations, comp lists and other professional needs
• Join reps on meetings with clients, as well as entertaining events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, along with related internship/work experience
• Must be enthusiastic and spirited, have a friendly disposition and a positive attitude.
• You're ambitious, like working in a fast paced environment, enjoy a ‘start up’ atmosphere and want to be part of a growing company
• Enjoy helping sales management entertain clients on occasion
• Must have strong communication skills; self-motivated, and a have a strong attention to detail
• Must be able to work efficiently and effectively under tight deadlines
• General proficiency in Microsoft Office required, as well as the ability to quickly understand and learn any propriety IGN software programs. (Familiarity with additional programs such as Oracle or Salesforce is a plus)
• It would be extra awesome if:
o You know how to use Photoshop (we can teach you if not!)
o You've got a deep understanding of the web and industry trends
o Have worked in the online media space

Compensation - Commensurate with experience.
