Bluebeam Software, leading developer of PDF-based markup and collaboration solutions for technical professionals including architecture, engineering, construction, oil and gas currently has an immediate opening for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our tight-knit team. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for SEO, implementing marketing campaigns to increase Bluebeam’s online presence, analyzing and reporting performance data and adjusting strategies to maximize exposure and ROI. The idea candidate will have 2-3 years of marketing experience, a background in online marketing, an analytical mind and a working knowledge of Google AdWords. This position is based in our corporate headquarters in Pasadena, CA and reports to our Media Manager.

Here’s what we’re looking for someone to do:
•Monitor Bluebeam's extensive Google AdWords campaigns regularly to quickly capitalize on opportunities and implement changes to boost performance.
•Calculate and evaluate Google AdWords performance data, make and track adjustments, and report findings to the Media Manager on a bi-weekly basis.
•Use Google Analytics data to locate high traffic pages on Bluebeam’s websites, identify trends and incorporate frequently-viewed content into online marketing campaigns.
•Ensure Bluebeam’s online presence is accurate by maintaining and updating copy and images on software download sites.
•Expand Bluebeam’s online marketing activities by identifying and implementing new online advertising opportunities including pre-roll video ads for major websites, YouTube ads and webinars.
•Work with the Direct Marketing team to develop tracking and metrics for autoresponders and email blasts. Generate reports on a regular basis, analyze data and provide content suggestions to maximize clicks and interest.
•Work cross-functionally to lead Bluebeam webinar series.

Here are the requirements for this position:
•Must be extremely organized and detailed oriented.
•Must be a self-starter who is ready, willing and able to own and prioritize multiple tasks.
•Must be very good with numbers and enjoy analyzing data.
•Must be a great writer, and able to speak to our customers using our unique, edgy style.
•Must be flexible and able to adapt to changes quickly.
•Must be skilled with Google AdWords or other similar, online advertising programs.
•Experience using DoubleClick or other ad serving technologies a huge plus.
•Must be proficient with MS Office applications, especially with using data in Excel to calculate ROI and other metrics.
•Must be extremely comfortable learning new technology. After all, we are a software company.
•BA/BS degree.
•Experience using PDF software for electronic markup and editing is a plus.
