Job Requirements Primary Responsibilities:

You will be a key, client-facing member of our award-winning consumer and brand marketing team, tasked with significant responsibilities in the servicing of major global consumer brands, including helping to craft campaigns, manage media relations, develop media materials, organize events, and much more. This is a diverse role that will challenge you and provide you invaluable experience, and one with substantial room for personal career development.
• Leading, managing and developing team members
• Developing, delivering and leading strategic client programs and initiatives
• Develop marketing communications strategies
• Defining and analyzing target markets and using positioning strategies to define a unique product identity
• Organize and execute events
• Enhancing department and agency reputation
• Contribute to program development for the Client and new business proposals
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and lead new business pitches
• Handle account administration duties such as budgets, after action reports and activity reports
• Conduct employee reviews

Position Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience working within the Consumer/Brand communications area (preferably a balance of agency and corporate experience)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop and cultivate relationships with clients and external audiences
• Solid project manager and ability to work as a member of a team
• Event management experience
• Relationships with regional and national media in the U.S., including proven success as a spokesperson. International consumer media experience a plus.
• Strong experience using digital and social media as a lead element and as an integrated element in generating overall coverage
• Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in journalism, communications- or marketing-related discipline)
• Developing and executing high-profile integrated communications strategies and initiatives across multiple markets
• Candidate must have interest in multicultural and international relations
• Excellent written, verbal and inter-personal communication skills; immaculate attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects and demands at the same time.
• Bi-lingual skills are highly valued but not required.
