Job Requirements The Senior Manager of Partner Marketing is a people-oriented position that plays a key role in the strategic development and execution of consumer marketing activities that support iN Demand’s products and partners.

Core areas of responsibility include:
1) Develop, implement and manage marketing initiatives to drive awareness and buys of Movies On Demand on Cable and other iN Demand products
2) Development and management of paid advertising campaigns, media strategies, sweepstakes and brand activations
3) Solicit and secure partner participation for marketing programs including iN Demand owners, content providers and 3rd party promotional partners.
4) Lead content syndication efforts for iN DEMAND promotional content

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Identify partnership opportunities, build strategies, tactics and implement plans around key movie selling seasons: Awards Season, Comic-Con and Halloween
• Foster and manage marketing and promotional relationships with owners, studios, agencies, vendors and internal stakeholders
• Lead day to day management, logistics and timelines for all campaigns
• Draft RFP’s for agencies
• Create partner presentations to sell-in and outline campaigns
• Review NDAs and partner agreements and secure legal approvals
• Analyze and report on campaigns; provide campaign overviews and updates for internal and external stakeholders
• Partner with internal creative services to ensure advertising is on strategy, budget and deadline
• Oversee day-to-day management of the annual marketing budget, monthly accruals and forecasts
• Continually research and cultivate insights on our consumers, business partners and competitors
• Supervise department Coordinator

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Advertising preferred
• 3-5 years of marketing manager level experience; Entertainment or agency experience is ideal
• Excellent project management skills with ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects
• Strong knowledge of digital and social media

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Ability to sell-in ideas and manage programs across multiple partners
• Strong strategic and creative thinker
• Passion for movies, TV and entertainment
• Excellent written and verbal communication; PowerPoint and presentation skills
• Strong team player with relationship building skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Photoshop
