||We currently seek a reputable Marketing Manager for our corporate office, supporting our multi-faceted operations.
Reports to the Vice-President Marketing and Brand Communications in the completion of tactical elements of projects for both retail dining and catering operations.
Highly creative and motivated individual to lead deployment of WPC marketing initiatives that drive top line sales, customer and client satisfaction, brand penetration and maintain brand standards. Support team-oriented environment with passion for hospitality.
•Collaborate in development of strategy and tactics for overall marketing plan.
•Manage agencies to deliver on approved strategy and best practices for company-wide and unit level marketing initiatives including but not limited to signage, advertising, development and maintenance of marketing budgets, marketing materials and website/digital content.
•Visual and Style implementation
•Research, develop and Implement food merchandising programs and seasonal promotions
•Develop uniform and tabletop programs
•Work with the culinary and management team to implement merchandising and operational guidelines for new and existing food programs
•Conduct unit audits to assure compliance
•Provide hands-on support to existing units
•Maintain consistent corporate image for brand.
•Manage field requests to align messaging (unit initiatives, promotional events, special projects) and shared creative
•Maintain and develop digital asset library
•Support new business development including proposals and openings
•Hands-on responsibility for set-ups of new units
•Analyze marketing programs and adjust tactics to increase effectiveness.
•Collaborate with sales to continually improve effectiveness and measurement of initiatives.
•Identification and interpretation of key business trends and findings unique to the industry/service level.
•Participate in budget development and support budget management.
•Develop and maintain strong working relationships with unit directors and clients, sales team. Attend quarterly client meetings when asked.
•Create marketing partnership with client marketing departments.
•Visit several units per year in addition to specific meetings, quarterlies, etc.
•Manage approved projects within scope and budget
•Develop standards and templates for projects to provide consistency
•Tracking and execution of business plan goals and minimum marketing standards by unit.
•7+ years merchandising/marketing experience, hospitality industry preferred
•Proficient in MS Office; experience with Adobe Suite (photoshop, InDesign), CMS systems (HTML a plus)
•Multi-task in a deadline-driven team environment, adjust to changing priorities
•Excellent written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills
•Self-starter with outstanding team and leadership skills
•Able to speak and negotiate effectively with all levels of associates and management
•Significant business acumen
•Literacy of industry/technology trends (include social media and digital marketing)
•Ability to balance business priorities with best practices and implementation methodologies
•Bachelor’s Degree in marketing/communications or related field
•Flexible schedule; Some travel required
