Job Requirements Reporting to the EVP, Data and Audience Development, The VP, Digital Media will provide vision, leadership and outstanding execution to our new corporate digital media buying team as it leverages Viacom’s 1st party data about its viewers to drive tune-in across all screens. This role will develop and execute detailed media plans in display, video and mobile that will help meet brand objectives and drive measurable tune-in results. This person will collaborate with other senior level executives from both the Data/Audience Development and channel marketing teams to identify new opportunities to target our viewers, promote our programming and measure our impact. This role will manage a team of two digital media specialists.


•Bachelor's Degree with 8-10 years of operational experience in a digital media buying environment (agency or client) managing annual media budgets in excess of $10mm , or, comparable level of responsibility / experience within an advertising technology company
•Needs to have "grown up" in digital marketing. We're looking for someone that has actually been in the weeds and trafficked campaigns, implicitly understands tagging, tracking and the technical aspects of the digital channel
•Hands-on experience with RTB campaign execution
•Strong knowledge of DMP, SSP, and DSP environments


•Working knowledge of mobile display environment
•Strong background/understanding of the total advertising technology ecosystem
•Ability to apply critical thinking and analysis to projects / workflow in addition to problems
•Strong influence and relationship management skills
•Highly analytic
•Thought leader / team player
