Job Requirements • Traffic and maintain display ad campaigns on various club sites and network partners, ensuring that deal terms are met including delivery rates, start and end dates, reporting requirements, etc.
• Work with various internal departments and 3rd party vendors to facilitate the implementation of integrated campaign elements.
• Maintain and communicate technical specs to sales, clients and agencies.
• Troubleshoot operational campaign issues with both internal and external parties.
• Provide insight and analysis into inventory availability across properties to assist sales in achieving a maximum sell through rate.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and agencies.
• Manage and traffic video advertisements in different ad formats
• Ability to prioritize advertisers for revenue optimization while also meeting contractual goals
• Keep on top of industry trends in online advertising and ad operations.
• Deliver weekly delivery reports to the VP of Digital Operations/ Digital Sales team.
• Schedule and test new ad formats.
• Manage ad-hoc projects.
• Implement and share trafficking best practices across the team.
• Present sales team with updates and ensure that they are kept appraised of all developments within trafficking which impacts their campaigns.
• Work with the sales and marketing teams to understand client’s goals and deliver comprehensive digital media plans to meet their objectives.
Key Skills/Competencies
• Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Experience within the digital online advertising ecosystem, including familiarity with ad management systems. Preference will be given to candidates with DFP (DART for Publishers) experience.
• Manage advertising inventory, providing both forecasting and reporting data to Sales and Marketing
• Manage and traffic video advertisements in different ad formats
• Ability to prioritize advertisers for revenue optimization while also meeting contractual goals
• A clear understanding of interactive advertising industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented
• Comfortable in an environment of constant change.
• Self-motivated
• Analytical
• Highly organized and able to multi-task
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• 5+ year’s recent/relevant experience in online advertising.
