Job Requirements Responsible for supporting the Consumer Marketing Analysis & Operations Group in its efforts to manage, coordinate, quality control digital new product development, enhancements/refinements and related print projects and tests as well as new marketing and system opportunities. Act in a consultative role to support Marketing and Digital Media initiatives by working closely with them and outside vendors (including CDS), make recommendations, help define specifications, system and operational requirements, assess customer impact and potential reactions and work to minimize or prevent, interact closely with CDS and other vendors to ensure timely and accurate project completion and change implementation as well as correct handling of customer complaints and inquiries.

The Senior Manager will utilize strong analytical, research, operational and project management skills to support the company’s consumer and online marketing initiatives and systems (as well as the finance area where appropriate). The ideal candidate should have experience with new product development and management of initiatives to support marketing and digital operations, business intelligence reporting systems, fulfillment solutions, product management, problem resolution, research and investigative skills and be adept at communicating internally and to outside vendors. The position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with various departments within the organization as well as on the outside. The candidate must be able to work on high level macro projects and demonstrate a strategic perspective but also be able to focus on the intricate details and levels of systems and processing operations. This individual should be a driven, self-starter, capable of multi-tasking and shifting priorities easily


BA/BS required.
Minimum 5 years work experience in the publishing industry, preferably Consumer Marketing.
Demonstrated experience with digital storefronts, digital marketing and related activity.
Demonstrated project management skills.
