Job Requirements The Role:
Are you a talented Producer who has a depth of experience optimizing and growing a live service? We are looking for someone ready for their next challenge as a Live Producer on one of our new exciting mobile titles due to launch very soon. You will be extremely analytical, obsessed with putting consumers first, and passionate about delivering constant optimizations and improvements to a live service. You’ll live and breathe the data, owning the success of the service and growing it into a worldwide phenomenon. If you're still reading then it's likely that you are the type of person that is obsessed with mobile AEM (Acquisition, Engagement, Monetization – squeezing the most out of today’s service and planning and delivering the service of tomorrow. As our business evolves and becomes a multi-product brand, we are looking for someone like you to be a part of leading us through this next phase of success.

You’ll be responsible for:
* Maintaining and optimizing the operation and quality of the live service, tracking any emergent issues as they arise and ensuring that they are resolved efficiently.
* Leading a high-quality production process that ensures the delivery of improved builds on time.
* Managing communication of live roadmap, schedule, goals and status to both the team and Senior * Management.
* Managing and implementing feedback from user testing sessions (both internal and external).
* Working closely with BI Analysts to gather and interpret live data, and the Marketing team to shape targeted campaigns.
* Working closely with Development and QA teams to ensure publishes are continuously improved based on user feedback.
* Reporting on key metrics to Management team.

Requirements:
* Experience of operating a live service in a B2C environment and interacting with end-users. Mobile particularly advantageous.
* Strong analytical background.
* Familiarity of Agile/Scrum environments.
* Strong passion/interest in mobile entertainment apps.

Desirable:
* Background in e-commerce, messaging services, or loyalty/rewards programmes
