The Men's Group (Field & Stream, Outdoor Life and Popular Science) is seeking an Account Manager to sell to the New England territory and NY based accounts. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in print/digital sales, excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities include soliciting new business through prospecting and cold calling, managing and growing existing assigned accounts, identifying clients’ advertising needs and developing and presenting customized solutions to meet those needs.

Responsibilities also include:

Contacting prospective customers to sell all products (print, online, etc).

Negotiation of rates and added value programs.

Maintenance of account lists and existing accounts while soliciting new business.

Development of proposals independently and through interaction with Marketing and other departments.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients by providing top quality service.

Investigate and resolve customer problems.

Communicate with other departments to assure quality service in placing orders and arranging promotional events.

Exceeding sales goals.

The timely submission of expense and all other required reports.


The Account Manager must possess exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills. They must be self-motivated, goal driven and creative, with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
