Job Requirements Duties and Responsibilities:
•Oversee the day-to-day ad operations of our YouTube network including direct-sold and auction-based campaign trafficking, delivery, optimization, inventory forecasting and analysis
•Monitor the scheduling, production & implementation of all advertising campaigns to ensure timely, accurate implementation, as well as full delivery
•Work directly with YouTube partner managers on campaign launches and delivery
•Manage relationship with 3rd party ad solutions team based in Colorado for non-YouTube ad inventory
•Work directly with sales team on RFP response process including inventory forecasting and media planning
•Assist account management team with branded video content campaign launch needs including asset gathering and programming information
•Provide frequent updates to sales on inventory and campaign delivery statuses
•Work directly with clients on ad trafficking and/or performance related questions
•Create campaign performance reports including delivery information and campaign screenshots
•Optimize and traffic campaigns based on content partner monetization needs
•Establish best-practices and campaign performance metrics for advertisers
•Work directly with billing to ensure accurate invoicing
•Be a team player willing to assist the Sales team as projects arise.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
•Strong project management skills
•Analytically minded with strong communication skills/team oriented
•Well organized and strong attention to detail
•Strong computer skills especially in Excel
•Proven ability to multi-task effectively within tight deadlines and competing priorities
•Enthusiastic, self-starter who is willing to be hands on with all aspects of the business

Credentials and Experience:
•Bachelors degree required
•4+ years hands-on experience in digital ad operations/client services/project management
•Experience with YouTube is a plus, specifically with Dart Sales Manager (DSM)
•Direct experience working with 3rd party ad tracking, delivery, validation
