About Our Company We are looking for a dynamic, hard-working, spirited individual to join as a Part Time Sales Coordinator. Ideal candidate would provide day to day sales and client services support to the sales department.

Coordinator would work closely with sales reps on all assignments pertaining to client services including but not limited to;
• Inputting insertion orders into online inventory and billing system.
• Running reports as requested
• Managing the system that houses all online inventory
• Communicating between ad operations and production
• Helping to resolve billing issues
• Media kit assembly
• Managing the ACT database account
• Pulling tearsheets and sending them out to clients
• Advertising Database research
• Execution of client mailings
• Special projects (maintenance of back issue room etc.)
• Answering reps phones when they are unavailable
• Sales trip preparation including booking travel arrangements
• Arranging the catering for rep breakfast and lunch meetings
• handling and submitting team expenses
• Weekly closing of special sections and issues with production
• Updating media kit and sales materials as changes arise
• Events support as needed
