Job Requirements Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
7-10 years of social marketing, digital marketing experience
• Experience with consumer Fortune 500 brands (Beauty, fashion, sports) preferred
• Innovative, boundary-pusher with strong desire to test new technologies, models, channels and mediums
• Writing and concepting creative content across social channels
• Attention to detail, project management and complex workflow management
• Creative concepting and strategic planning for the development of social campaigns
• Leading the development of research methodologies to inform strategic planning activities
• Strategic planning and execution of paid social campaigns
• Relationshipping with social influencers
• Applying knowledge of emerging trends and technology to programs
• Storytelling through the use of data and research
• Agency experience or global brand experience preferred
About Our Company Under the general supervision of the VP, 5Loom, the Social Marketing Program Director will manage the big picture, day-to-day and overall strategies for both campaigns and full-service enterprise social media management for global Fortune 500 brands.
Principle Responsibilities and Duties
• Manage innovation, strategy, team workflow, work product and channel plans for key social media Agency of Record accounts. Daily responsibilities include:
o Leading a team of social media content specialists, social creative and copywriting experts, community managers and analytics experts to help deliver best-in-class social marketing programs for clients.
o Push the envelope around our overall content development, procurement and scheduling in multiple social media channels
o Oversee daily rapid response workflow and consultation
o Oversee and craft strategies for paid social executions
o Review and analyze key analytics/reporting for high-level insights
o Overall client management/relationship development
o Overall strategic/tactical consultation
• Support agency new business with super-charged products, concepts and presentations to prospects.
o Lead RFP pursuits for assigned clients
o Assist with the development of new products and programs utilizing the agency’s unique Sparks model
o Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills are required
• Team leadership and staff development
o Lead internal expertise campaigns focused on building team expertise in emerging categories of social media
o Lead professional development and performance management for several team members
• Overall responsibilities include:
o Develop and concept strategic social marketing plans
o Provide strategic support to new business and service-development activities
o Manage the workflow, professional development and responsibilities of cross functional Social Marketing team members
o Manage content, innovation, monitoring and reporting for multiple accounts a
