We are headquartered in Berlin with offices in San Francisco, New York, Los Angeles, London, Paris, Istanbul, Shanghai, Seoul and Tokyo. For our San Francisco office we are currently looking for a App Distribution Sales Manager.

Your role

Work collaboratively with a team to drive revenue growth with new and existing customers
Focusing on Audience Acquisition you will work with the Publisher/Developer community to understand their business needs
Develop high-level relationships to serve as a trusted consultant with major customers to optimize their advertising
Generate plans to define your selling strategies and tactics. (Understand the 80/20 rule) and able to cultivate smaller deals to fill the pipe
Understand and adapt to Sponsorpay’s ongoing product and technology developments
Manage multiple cross-product opportunities and projects

Your profile:

2+ years’ experience identifying and closing digital brand marketers, media and creative decision makers
Well-connected with a good rolodex
Prior experience of publisher/developer business model
Proven track record in advertising sales (mobile/social), (cpi/cpc/cpe/cpa/cpv) both in IOS and Android
Passion for social, video and viral advertising
Demonstrated strategic, consultative and analytical sales approach with focus on building sustainable partnerships with clients
Ability to strategically think and analyze the needs of clients
Proven track record in high productivity and meeting deadlines
Excellent business sense, problem solving, project management and analytical skills
Excellent knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and pricing models
Proactive, goal-oriented approach; self-sustained and tenacious working style
