Job Requirements The Product Owner is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with the Client Services team, Project Management team, Publishing Services Management team, Software Development team and Affiliates (users) to ensure customer satisfaction and that goals are met.


·Manage/Oversee the strategic planning, implementation and priority of new features, updates and enhancements to TradeSmith and TradeStop product line

·Assist with support escalation issues

·Work with Project Management team and outside vendors to provide finalized statement of work
·Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and prototypes

·Coordinate the knowledge transfer of new features and enhancements to support staff and explain how it ties into the affiliate business need as well as other departmental stakeholders
·Design mock-ups, documents and technical documentation to create a platform for future implementations

·Act as liaison with affiliates providing consultative approach to ensure product in aligned properly to add business value

·Partner with executive sponsor and affiliates to increase adoption of product across market

·Act as product sales specialist presenting demos of offering and collaborating on long-term solutions

·10% travel required


·Proven experience with developing and maintaining client facing software systems

·Experience implementing UI/UX principles to improve system processes and interface.

·Ability to adhere to tight deadlines as well as the ability to focus on long-term priorities

·Strong leadership skills

·Functional understanding of investment portfolio concepts

·Understanding of both domestic and international investment markets preferred

·Demonstrated success defining and launching superior products

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·Project/Feature estimation

·Excellent teamwork skills

·Experience in project management, business analysis, negotiation, and conflict management
·Superior active listening

·Strong presentation skills
