Job Requirements The Account Manager is part of Linkwell’s Account Management team, working directly with our Health Plan clients to support the products and services we create for them. The Account Manager will report to the Account Management Director and will work closely with our dedicated Plan Sales team. This is a relationship-driven position for someone who embraces the opportunity to manage clients across a wide spectrum of responsibilities—everything from strategic planning to day-to-day tactical client deliverables. We are looking for someone who is energetic, polished, and capable of hitting the ground running on day 1 to support a rapidly growing business. This position can be located in either Linkwell's New York City or Needham, Mass., offices.


Essential Functions:
• Build, maintain, and expand effective and sustainable relationships with Health Plan clients.
• Coordinate communication between clients and internal product, operations, and brand sales teams to ensure deliverables, deadlines, etc.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of client business goals, Linkwell’s scope of work (SOW), budget, and operational deliverables, and lead projects accordingly.
• Guide the development, writing, and presentation of project proposals and SOWs.
• Identify opportunities to integrate other Linkwell services into the overall client SOW.
• Develop a strong understanding of the client's business, staying on top of client research and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the Account Management Director on overall strategic planning and fiscal management for assigned accounts

Required Experience
• 3-5 years previous work experience in a consumer marketing services or agency setting.
• Related prior experience that will be a plus: health insurance, CPGs, OTC, and professional healthcare
• Bachelor’s degree
