o Manage the NFL’s entertainment strategy in TV/Film/Music content to ensure the League maximizes partnership opportunities.
o Work with internal businesses (Marketing, Consumer Products, NFLN, etc.) to identify key priorities and messaging.
o Create a structure and business model for each level of NFL integration in entertainment programming (i.e. product placement, themed episode, special programming, films, etc).
o Seek and develop integration opportunities to further strengthen the NFL brand in the entertainment marketplace.
o Manage the NFL’s relationship with William Morris Endeavor to actively pursue, review, filter, and assist in executing integration opportunities.
o Ensure alignment and approvals by all necessary departments (Legal, PR, CP, Marketing, etc.).
o Manage Sports Studio relationship and oversee ordering and delivery of NFL products that are featured in entertainment programming.
o Create and manage unique opportunities for celebrity involvement in NFL initiatives.
o Facilitate celebrity and musical talent participation in NFL programs and events.
o Arrange logistics for talent participating in NFL events (Super Bowl Red Carpet, Draft Eve, Kickoff Eve, Tazon Latino, Madden Launch).
o Work with talent representatives on approval of all promotions/creative, contracts, payments.
o Provide operational on-site support at NFL calendar events and for the Entertainment Marketing & Promotions department
o Execute payment & contract needs, such as, invoices, new vendor forms, check requests & W-9 forms

• Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
• Knowledge and strong contacts within in the entertainment industry
• Effective communication skills that enable one to work across the organization and outside parties
• Ability to work and lead internal (pr, legal, etc.) and external parties (agencies, celebrities, vendors, etc.) on specific projects
• Ability to be creative and self-motivated
• Maintain autonomy on select projects and integrate internal parties where necessary
• Ensure deadlines are met in timely fashion
• Effective time management skills
