Job Requirements Responsibilities:
The Marketing Data Analyst is responsible for knowing the right information to capture, analyze and report regarding customers, lead funnel and campaign effectiveness, to measure performance and support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have experience planning and managing various research, tracking and reporting projects and be able to work closely with senior management to interpret findings. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
• Work in close partnership with the Marketing Automation Manager
• Develop marketing automation programs, collaborating with Campaign Managers and Marketing Automation Managers to identify campaign opportunities
• Analyze creative, landing page and web funnel A/B or multivariate tests
• Build a marketing dashboard that visualizes KPI’s
• Identifies demand generation performance patterns and future opportunities

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:
• Experience in Database/Lead List Marketing
• Experience in SEM/PPC marketing campaigns
• Experience developing and implementing reporting programs in marketing automation and CRM platforms, specifically Marketo and Salesforce
• Intermediate marketing automation skills for developing programs and generating reports
• Strong knowledge of A/B testing best practices
• Big picture data analysis, focusing on data that accurately measures actionable results, versus purely measuring meaningless activity
• Can communicate with the Sales team, CMO, CFO and CEO
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in a marketing analytics role
• Ability to develop strong relationships across teams and with senior level executives
