Manage a shared desktop Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environment.

Install, configure, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues.

Provide Active Directory administration of users, desktops and file/folder permissions.

Responsible for hardware build, configuration, setup and imaging desktops and laptops.

Responsible for user setups, moves and system permissions.

Administer system and software updates to desktops and laptops.

Responsible for creating and maintaining documentation of support processes and related IT Department documentation.

Maintain and update the ticket tracking, asset management and inventory tracking systems.

Improve the desktop computing environment and processes by proactively researching, testing and recommending enhancements and efficiencies.

Maintain detailed and up-to-date desktop/laptop applicable licenses

Printer / Fax Deployments and Break/Fix

IT Equipment and Supplies Procurement

Perform Preventive Maintenance where applicable


Bachelor’s Degree in related field.

Experience 5+ years in Helpdesk \ IT Support.

Experience with VDI deployment and management.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Coachable and “Do What It Takes” Attitude is required
