Job Requirements TechMedia Network is looking for a Programmatic Yield Analyst. This individual will report to the Director of Programmatic Revenue and will be focused on analyzing our programmatic revenue sources, generating insights and setting price levels to maximize yield.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Working daily with Google’s rules engine and other such platforms to set pricing levels for various sources of demand for the purpose of maximizing yield on inventory traded on the open RTB market.
• Identifying, evaluating and communicating to your manager new tools, partners and techniques we can utilize to optimize yield of our ad inventory.
• Generating and analyzing large data sets

Required Qualifications:

• Strong financial/analytical skills.
• Business acumen. Proven ability to manipulate and interpret data, but also be capable of translating data into business insights.
• In depth knowledge of ad serving; working within advertising exchanges such as Google AdX, etc.
• Presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Strong working knowledge of the advertising technology landscape (Trading Desks, DSPs, SSPs, Exchanges, DMPs etc,)
• Working knowledge of online advertising pricing methods (eCPC, eCPM, CPM, CPA)
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office apps, especially Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 1+ years of experience within a corporate environment
• Direct experience working with Google DFP
• Experience working within advertising exchanges such as Google AdX
• History of working with A/B testing tools preferred
• Experience in applying statistical methods to solve analytical problems is strongly preferred
