Job Requirements The Role
The Sales Data Coordinator will assist our advertising sales and operations team with entry and management of data associated with sales contracts.

Responsibilities include:
-Assisting in creating and maintaining TV/digital schedules (Logs), making any required permanent or temporary changes, and taking responsibility for the accuracy of the log.
-Processing advertising orders so that contracts are honoured as per the desires of the client.
-Reporting limited inventory information to Ad Sales, providing spot plans etc. and assisting the Ad Ops inventory management team in assessing day-parts for new and existing business.
-Building knowledge of the technical aspects of TV Broadcast and scheduling standards so that conflicts can be identified and solutions offered when working closely with the Ad Sales and operations teams.

-Prior experience in a data management or administrator role
-An interest in the media industry
-Highly organized and able to multi-task effectively
-Ability to meet tight deadlines
-Exceptionally detail oriented
-Team player
