Job Requirements The Food Network and Cooking Channel Consumer Marketing team is seeking a Marketing Manager, Partnerships. Focus on driving ratings and brand awareness via digital distribution, traditional MVPD, digital and media partnerships.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Serve as a brand advocate in communicating priorities internally and externally to current and potential partners.
• Explore, utilize and leverage marketing and promotions opportunities through Affiliate partner relationships for Food Network and Cooking Channel.
• Build relationships with internal and external teams and collaborate closely on proposals and execution of partnership that support Food Network and Cooking Channel programming priorities. Develop off-channel strategy and implements guidelines/process to ensure brand/talent are represented cohesively across all campaign elements.
• Prospect and execute promotions and partnerships, assessing ROI, determining assets, driving execution and final valuations.
• Reinforce usage of toolkits for partner outreach (advertiser guides, brand assets) and update partnership grid tracking all current and potential partnerships under manager’s prevue.
• Work with creative and production partners to develop unique content and assets to be used in partnerships.
• Manage and oversee day-to-day responsibilities of one Marketing Coordinator, enabling their growth and development.
Experience: 5-7 years in media/entertainment/advertising is required. Digital and knowledge of the cable industry is a must.

• Experience generating and executing partnerships
• Demonstrated success managing projects and priorities; guiding cross-functional teams utilizing internal and external resources.
• Problem solving and trouble shooting.
• Strong desire to continually grow and learn.
• Passion for food media and entertainment.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Some travel required.
