Job Requirements Luxury travel company Artisans of Leisure is seeking an experienced professional with extreme attention to detail and excellent communication skills for this senior level position involving the following responsibilities:

HR duties
Office scheduling
Customer service
Accounts payable
Generation of reports
Communicating with suppliers and vendors
Product development, including tour costings
Working with clients, if applicable
Other special projects related to corporate branding, strategy, marketing, consumer and trade relations

Requirements
Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
Confidence and proven leadership
7-10+ years of prior managerial experience
Bright and articulate multi-tasker
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop a plus
Prior travel experience and industry experience a plus
This position is full-time and based in New York City. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US.
