Job Requirements They will be responsible for the management, development, and expansion of a client and agency territory in the Los Angeles
The Day to Day
• Maximize revenue through the sale of the platform across Facebook, and mobile channels
• Establish and execute meetings with top agencies and brands within region
• Oversee the proposal and media plan process, ensuring highly relevant and
competitive solutions.
• Work directly with management in strengthening the platform sales offering
• Interact with Account Management, Ad Operations and Marketing teams in order
to fulfill the needs of clients
• Ability to demonstrate success in developing, maintaining and growing sound
relationships with interactive agencies as well as brands
• Understand the value of brand based advertising and marketing
• Show a high degree of self-motivation and work well within an individual and team
environment
• Must have a history of quota attainment in outside sales and strong client/agency
relationships
• Support and grow the brand and presence in Chicago
• Strategically develop and manage a sales pipeline to maximize revenue while
providing accurate and timely forecasts.
• Demonstrate proficiency with all sales materials and in-depth understanding of
our product offerings
• Submission timely and well thought out proposals for both clients and agencies
• Increase the company's exposure at industry association functions and professional
organizations.
• Attend and participate in company sales meetings and calls.
• Represent the company in an ethical manner while aggressively to selling, gaining
market share, and winning.
• Travel 10%+
What you need to qualify
• 2+ years digital media sales experience
• Excellent presentation skills with ability to present to and engage with a room of
media planners and senior buyers
• Solid client and agency relationships
• Knowledge of the digital landscape
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
• Strong prospecting and sales development skills to break new accounts
• Excellent interpersonal, technical, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and turn-around times
• Ability to multi-task and efficiently manage time and priorities
• Creative and strategic in nature with the ability to think outside the box and
articulate "big ideas"
• Must be self-motivated, driven and able to work independently as well as part of a
team
• Excel, PowerPoint mastery a must
