Job Requirements The CRM Analytics Manager will be a crucial member of the organization providing in-depth analysis to drive enhanced audience insights and business goals. The main focus of the position is to provide analytical support in design, implementation and measurement of CRM strategies. Working closely with internal and external partners, the CRM Analytics Manager will manage both tactical and strategic tasks, and be able to balance the need for analytic depth and the businesses need to make decisions quickly.

• Analyze relevant audience and business data in order to drive customer engagement, optimize marketing strategies and drive overall business profitability.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports; prepare presentations that provide actionable insights, trends and identify new areas of growth.
• Analyze marketing and promotion results to determine incremental lift and response, while providing targeting recommendation based on results.
• Compile and generate all outbound marketing lists for CRM (IE: Direct Mail, Email).
• Perform data mining analyses that will be used for customer profiling and segmentation; sales support.
• Identify gaps in the data capture strategy and collaboratively implement enhancements; ensure that best practices in metrics and decision making are being exposed to the business partners and decision makers.
• Answer data-related business questions in a timely manner utilizing a variety of available Business Intelligence tools.
• Develops and maintains an on-going and detailed understanding of the data which supports the segmentation methodologies in use.
• Perform hands-on analysis of large volumes of customer and product data.
• Discover new paths for growth by creating new customer segments, product recommendations and channel optimizations through test and learn analysis.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research on best practices and market trends.
• Ad hoc reporting and data analysis as necessary.
• Maintain backup of system generated reports and press run files on marketing server.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s (preferred) degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, Integrated Marketing Communications, or related field
• 3-5 years of Work or practical experience including all of the following:
o Advanced SQL, Excel, Access and database skills in Oracle, Teradata, and/or SQL Server databases; database architecture knowledge a plus
o Data visualization best practices and business intelligence development experience (e.g. Tableau, Cognos, Qlikview, etc.)
o Marketing list processing and preparation for marketing vendors
o Customer Relationship Management-lifecycle marketing
o Building statistical models for marketing optimization
o Campaign testing strategies utilized in digital marketing
• Solid understanding of conversion funnels and testing
• Knowledge of best practices, strategies, and industry standards around digital marketing
• Entrepreneurial
• Willingness to work hard driving solutions to complex problems through processes and systems
• Great leadership and communication skills. You must have previous experience navigating and being successful in a constantly changing organization
• Able to work cross functionally with both highly technical and analytic resources and those that have limited statistical and math training
