Job Requirements -Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, PPC ad platforms (AdWords, Yahoo, Bing). AdWords / Bing certification a plus.
-Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools.
-Knowledge of various hardware and software technology systems, internet, social media
-Knowledge of effective personnel management techniques, attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.
-Understanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems.
-Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.
-Experience as a motivator and leader of diverse professional and support staff

About Our Company The Assistant Director of Interactive Marketing implements, tracks and improves interactive marketing programs including Pay-per-Click (PPC), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), media buying, mobile marking, and email marketing for United States Conference of Catholic Bishops Communication Office.
Candidate must have: A minimum of 6-7 years’ of work related experience. Bachelor’s Degree; major fields in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field. Experience in Spanish and Italian is helpful. A 3-5 years’ experience in SEO., PPC., coordinating launch of media campaigns and managing smart email campaigns.
