Job Requirements Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Management, Marketing, Advertising or related field
7+ years of experience
Ability to create and implement a sustainable project management process
Understanding of digital and traditional marketing development stages
Expertise in client relationship management and managing deliverables with external vendors
Strong and direct communications skills with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group on individuals.
Fluent in scheduling softwares (e.g. Sharepoint, ActiveCollab) in addition to Excel and Microsoft Word. Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.

The Associate Manager, Traffic will lead, create and implement the project management process to effectively plan, manage and evaluate workload to ensure efficient allocation of Marketing Communications resources. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment. The ability to schedule, negotiate and track projects will be crucial in supporting the Marketing Communications department.
Responsibilities:
Foster relationships to build and implement processes to support, track and monitor projects to deliver creative that is on schedule and within the defined resource allocation.
Lead the scheduling and tracking of Marketing Communications channel and omni-channel projects and initiatives.
Work closely and collaboratively with Directors, Channel and Creative Manager(s), project owners and other functional areas to evaluate project parameters and resolve outstanding gaps.
Proactively reconcile competing project priorities to ensure alignment of effort to meet business objectives.
Provide data and resource allocation scenarios and updates to support marketing planning and initiative support.
