Job Requirements • 5-7 years of successful advertising sales experience in the B2B/B2C travel publishing arena; exceptional knowledge of digital publishing and advertising
• Ability to forecast and sustain sales plans to achieve business growth with current and new clients
• Continue to develop and manage relationships with clients and agencies and create partnerships
• Generate revenues and meet/exceed sales goals
• Create and develop proposals for clients that include a 360* approach
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong negotiation skills
• Proven track record managing territory effectively
• Willingness to travel (40-50%)
• Excellent presentation and organizational skills
• Existing and proven relationships within the market
• Maintain client and prospect database; SFA a plus
• Proficient computer knowledge: Microsoft Office Suite, database software, video conferencing
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Proactive approach to prospecting and growing business
• Effective time management and organizational skills

About Our Company Leading B-to-B magazines and custom publishing company, Worth International Media Group Inc., seeks a midwest sales director, with a proven track record and rock star ability.

As the midwest sales director you will be our brand ambassador. You will understand and articulate the brands and sell our portfolio to a well-established existing territory and will be charged with new business development.

Only candidates who have strong background in the travel industry; leisure or meetings/incentives will be considered.

You must be able to work independently and demonstrate a successful track record.
