Job Requirements Work closely with the acquisition and retention teams to develop audience profiles for high LTV customers against which to develop content marketing strategies.

Review content partnerships and evaluate against kpis for traffic and engagement.

Develop offsite video brand profile with distribution across key channels.

Evolve current strategy for traffic driving from social media alongside Communications and Editorial teams.

Manage Paid Search and display and other content marketing budgets as well as agency relationships and vendors

Develop marketing plans and creative assets for product launches. Evaluate scope and use internal resources to understand the prospective target audiences and the ROI from planned activity.
Qualifications and experience

• Degree /professional qualifications, in Marketing
• Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in a similar environment
• Management experience with global teams
• Demonstrated experience in content marketing with a global brand in developing partnerships to drive traffic and engaged audiences through commercially viable partnerships.
• Experience of managing third party agency relationships including BTL, Search, and display.
• Highly numerate and familiar with reporting and analytics software
• search engines, RSS feeds etc.
• Excellent communication skills, confident presenter
