• Responsible for front-line troubleshooting and QA support for all premium and indirect campaigns. Internal POC for ad ops analyst assistance and training in new processes/technologies.
• Collaborate with internal engineering team in building out internal tools to streamline ad trafficking and reporting processes. Possess awareness and forward thinking in the evolution of the site by increasing knowledge of new technologies, products, IAB standards, advertiser demands and client experiences.
• Work with Account and Inventory Management on best practices for creative QA, tag creation, and tracking + reporting. Recommend advertising technology solutions to internal teams based on a comprehensive understanding of the client’s requirements and marketing objectives.
• Provide feedback and input for Ad Product team, testing of new ad products, and recommendations for optimal workflow and trafficking processes.
• Familiarity with rich media ad formats, technologies, and vendors as well as traffic and media industry trends.

• Maintain and monitor programmatic sales stack and optimize regularly to ensure we capture highest possible CPMs
• Establish and maintain direct relationships with all demand sources across all formats
• Drive fill rate and CPM without compromising direct sales efforts
• Build, analyze, schedule, and communicate detailed metrics report for senior management
• Maintain detailed knowledge of Hearst offerings and products and effectively communicate this to potential demand sources worldwide
• Identify and attend key industry events and maintain Twitch’s reputation as a credible source of inventory in the marketplace
• Stay current on all industry trends related to programmatic buying and selling across all formats
• Drive creation of sales materials specifically targeted to the programmatic space
• Work closely with the sales team to manage floor prices and block lists w/ RTB partners
• Oversee QA process for new demand sources
• Responsibility for research and development of the programmatic campaign program and partnership development.
• Design and deliver business cases, performance updates, business reviews, and growth opportunity presentations to key internal contacts.
• Evangelize RTB internally and externally by educating internal sales organization, pricing and yield management teams on how best to pitch premium advertisers interested in accessing Pandora programmatically.
• Operational execution and optimization for buys conducted through RTB channels for all inventory types (web/mobile display, web/mobile video, audio).
Identify new areas of opportunity within existing placements and products.
