Lonely Planets Client Solutions Team (LP CST) is building a network of 100% commission-based corporate sales representatives in the Americas.
About Lonely Planet Client Solutions LP CST taps the power of travel and Lonely Planet to help our clients meet their marketing objectives. We leverage all of Lonely Planets assets for the benefit of our clients: Lonely Planets brand, content, travel expertise, travellers, authors, lonelyplanet.com and our mobile applications and capabilities. We license content for clients to utilize across all platforms, and we develop integrated marketing solutions that strategically position our brand and assets alongside our clients' brands.
Target Clients Our targets are likeminded brands that are targeting customers that have an interest in travel. Travel and finance are frequent clients as are many lifestyle brands. We have worked with the following clients around the world: American Express, AAA, Cathay Pacific, Virgin Atlantic, Pabst Blue Ribbon Beer, Johnnie Walker, Ben & Jerrys, LG, Sony, Nokia, HSBC, oneworld, Mercedes Benz, Glasgow University and many more. Details We are specifically looking for individuals with networks on the East Coast of the US, in Canada and in South America, but we will consider other regions. Commission will be paid to reps on deals closed, clients will contract directly with Lonely Planet.
Skills / Attributes required Proven track record of closing $150k+ deals Advertising, media solutions knowledge and understanding Sales / business development experience consultative sales skills Strong network amongst CMOs / VPs of Marketing and/or Agencies Creativity Interest in and knowledge of travel and Lonely Planet as a brand |
