| Job Requirements |
We are currently looking for a Senior HR Generalist within our Human Resources department with extensive experience in employee relations and strong HR knowledge and expertise.
Responsibilities include:
-Advise, consult and investigate on Employee Relations issues to resolve conflicts, performance manage and coach/guide supervisors. Working effectively with legal advisors and senior management.
-Apply HR expertise and knowledge to increase organizational performance and continued employee development.
-Manage major HR intiatives and programs such as the Annual Performance Appraisal process.
-Analyze internal and external factors to provide recommendations to enhance our business.
-Ensure the proper communication and implementation of company policies and procedures.
-Handle Recruiting needs for specified client groups and advise managers through the recruitment process.
-Analyze and develop HR Metrics to further drive the business
-Proactively develop, recommend and implement HR plans to support business goals
-Ability to analyze and make recommendations on compensation, retention and overall employment practices.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related fields recommended
-Must have 5+ years HR experience with focus on Employee Relations
-Track record of experience in coaching and counseling
-Team player with ability to work in a fast paced media environnment; can multi task with ease.
-Ensure knowledge and compliance with all state and federal employment laws/regulations
-Excellent listening, communication and judgment skills required
-Strong organizational and written skills required
