| Job Requirements |
The Advertising Sales Assistant will assist three Advertising Account Managers with all administrative tasks including writing correspondence, answering phones, keeping schedules, and preparing presentations and media kits. Assistant will act as a liaison between sales staff and clients, and update advertising sales account books.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be an energetic self-starter with excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills. Must have office experience, knowledge of MS Word, and type 40 wpm. Must be able to handle many projects simultaneously. Knowledge of magazine publishing a plus. All candidates will be tested.
