Reponsibilites:
Technical hands on support of the companys internal and external IT infrastructure including PC networks, application servers, Internet facilities, data and telecommunications networks.
Manage Helpdesk Support Technician for multiple US sites.
Technical hands on management of IT Infrastructure across multiple US sites
Provide strategic input and to play a key role in the development of the companys global IT infrastructure and IT services function.
Budgetary responsibility for NYC and North American IT cost centre.
Develop and manage relationships with third party vendors and developers
Lead role in Project Planning and Management for IT related projects
Provide and develop technical training for worldwide company employees.
Document and update Network Infrastructure
Responsible for audio visual and video conferencing equipment globally
Lead Role for Digital Asset Management
Supporting application for North American sites
