We are relaunching the Small World Toys website. http://shop.smallworldtoys.com Towards the goal of both creating a valuable resource and selling more toys we are seeking to hire an editor to develop our online content and community.
We are based in Los Angeles but you don't have to be.
Here is our plan of action, you will own it.
Hire and publish bloggers as needed to write on the SWT blog and help promote SWT.
Develop the SWT voice and the voice of the bloggers.
Determine bloggers payment levels, i would like to reward bloggers with additional payments based on sales resulting from clicks from their blog.
Develop and implement both video and audio content from bloggers.
Manage all this.
I'm very process driven but not for creativity. There are a lot of options here. The more we succeed the more money they throw at us and everyone shares.
