Job Requirements Busy photo dept of major book and calendar publisher looking for extremely competent administrative assistant to support the director and handle all photo trafficking needs. Major responsibilities include logging in submissions to the database, tracking photos to the art dept, preparing credits, invoicing and final returns. Also involves assisting with photo shoots and photo research.

Individual must be extremely organized, detailed oriented and able to complete projects under deadline. Position requires working with photographers and photo agencies so professional phone manner and good communications skills are a must. Excellent computer skills required: Word, Excel, Filemaker and Photoshop.

This position supports the director of the department and requires someone who can multi-task and work as a team and of course loves photography.
