Job Requirements	You will be an integral part of our day-to-day operations, ensuring the office and client projects are run to the absolute best by providing support to the Account Directors. We seek a good face for the agency that can demonstrate excellent leadership and organizational skills. You must be a mature self starter able to perform multiple tasks efficiently and competently. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Supporting Account Directors on client projects • Following up on action items and working closely with strategic and creative teams to meet deadlines • Attending client meetings, note taking and preparing status reports, as needed • Proofreading, creating presentation materials, etc. • Supervising vendors and obtaining bids/quotes for projects • Assisting with research for strategy and concept development • Develop existing client relationships and drafting proposals • Assisting with in-house photo shoots and press events, as needed • Handling reception duties including telephone enquiries, managing incoming and outgoing post, greeting clients and preparing meetings • Maintaining filing systems (hardcopy and digital) • Updating the agency portfolio and archives • Overseeing office and stationery supplies Candidate Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree required; 1+ years of relevant work experience • Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point skills; knowledge of Keynote and Adobe InDesign a plus • Basic knowledge of Mac OS/X • Outstanding organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills • Excellent communication skills, written and oral • High attention to detail • Professional and friendly demeanor • Integrity and discretion • Flexible to evolving responsibilities and last minute changes • Enthusiasm for luxury brands and the beauty industry a plus
