||•Master's Degree in Technical, Scientific, Social Scientific field
•10 years in digital/online capacities, of which 5+ in management
•Hands-on technical experience (web development, programming, database, technical architecture, etc.)
•Solid grasp of social scientific methods & trends; proven managerial skill
•Proven ability to analyze digital platforms, making adjustments when needed
•Significant experience in 2 or more key roles in the technical production process including, but not limited to, Information Architecture, Project Management, Database Architecture, Software Engineering, Web Development, Software Architecture, Quality Assurance
•Strong verbal & written communication skills, math skills, demonstrated aptitude for learning, solid grounding in scientific & research methods
•International experience helps in interfacing with Foundation's international staff
•Demonstrated creativity in fashioning solutions
•Exceptional work ethic and attention to detail
Physical and Other Requirements
•Significant computer work, which may require repetitive motion, prolonged periods of sitting, and sustained visual and mental applications and demands.
•Occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs.) bending, pulling, collating/filing, and occasional lifting, carrying, and/or moving boxes, files, etc., some of which could be heavy or require the use of carts.

|About Our Company
The Director of Digital & New Media will develop Digital strategy for the Foundation and its initiatives globally; & identify and implement technical solutions to support digital strategy. S/he will manage & train junior staff, map & project online trends, and innovate new means to communicate, organize, engage, and raise funds. S/he will drive creative production and inter-platform integration's in addition to providing data analysis on digital activity to senior leadership.
•Set Digital/Online strategy for the Clinton Foundation and all its initiatives
•Develop innovative programs, plans, and creative efforts to implement strategic objectives
•Effectively manage the Digital team, addressing any employee issues expeditiously
•Manage daily operations of Digital team and their professional development
•Evaluate partnership opportunities
•Manage vendor relationships, including performing due diligence, cost comparisons, needs analysis, and SOW's
•Research, assess, and integrate new technologies, channels, and platforms. Perform needs analyses, investigate APIs for integration, present strategic impact to COO, CEO, and Foundation principals
