•Bachelors or Masters degree in related field
•5 or more years experience with digital marketing and online promotional campaigns
•Knowledge of SaaS, social media and cloud-based technologies as they relate to sales and marketing
•Social media expert with knowledge of current trends
•Strong communications and writing skills
•Basic knowledge of current communications digital best practices
•Attention to detail and accuracy, and ability to manage multiple initiatives on deadline simultaneously
•Familiarity with A/B testing, preferably with email and website optimization (Google Analytics, Optimizely, etc.)
Physical and Other Requirements
•Significant computer work, which may require repetitive motion, prolonged periods of sitting, and sustained visual and mental applications and demands.
•Occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs.) bending, pulling, collating/filing, and occasional lifting, carrying, and/or moving boxes, files, etc., some of which could be heavy or require the use of carts.

|About Our Company
Under the direction of the Digital Director, the Digital Strategist will collaborate with Marketing, Communications, Digital and the initiatives to develop the Foundation’s digital strategies. S/he will provide strategic direction in support of the Foundation’s digital marketing and online-driven marketing and communications initiatives. S/he will ensure an integrated approach to all aspects of the Foundation’s digital presence, and provide direction for site development and architecture. S/he will work with the Digital team to plan and execute web projects, perform website content audits, develop information architectures for ongoing site development, and will monitor the effectiveness of the site.
•Plan and implement strategies for the continued improvement and development of the Foundation’s digital marketing and online presence under the direction of the Director of Digital
•Build, grow and engage with the Digital community
•Identify trends in the digital space and make recommendations for digital campaigns, collaborations, and enhanced features on the Foundation’s website
•Provide a “big-picture” perspective to site development and architecture, and work with Digital team to ensure consistency of site navigation, structure, and other standards
•Lead mobile strategy from a marketing perspective to include digital solutions for all devices and technologies, such as mobile, tablets, etc.
•Provide strategic input and guidance in the planning, evaluation and execution of web projects in coordination with the Digital and Marketing teams
•Conduct usability tests in collaboration with Digital team
•Analyze, summarize, and present test results in a manner accessible to non-technical staff
•Work closely with the Marketing staff to ensure that strategy supports Foundation goals
•Lead Social Media strategy in conjunction with the Social Media Coordinator
•Perform website content audits
