Job Requirements Responsibilities:
- Create and plan marketing campaigns and lead nurture programs with to build and maintain relationships with new prospects and existing customers.
- Build and constantly improve email and direct marketing programs
- Manage planning of all digital marketing.
- Track conversion rates and optimize open and click-through rates via split testing, content changes, subject lines, and layouts.
- Track and report on all direct and email-based campaigns and resulting leads. Effectively communicate the results for continuous improvement and refinement.
- Use analytics to refine strategy, track effectiveness, and maximize the ROI of marketing communications.
- Work with external vendors and agencies to manage SEM, SEO and web development efforts.
- Maintain lead and contact databases following email marketing best practices and database marketing regulations.
- Investigate and work with the tech team to implement new technologies, services and/or vendor solutions to enhance Marketing’s capabilities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years experience in an eCommerce direct marketing role with experience in managing paid and earned media campaigns
- Ability to work independently and manage supporting staff
- Proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment across multiple project streams
- Organized, detail oriented and strong at attacking challenges
- Able to establish, manage and drive projects to completion
- Strong interpersonal skills, written and oral communications skills
About Our Company A major girls apparel manufacturing company, seeks a capable, talented marketing manager to join the founding team of an important new e-commerce initiative and play a key role in the growth of the company’s B2C business.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for managing customer engagement and driving customer acquisition and sales growth primarily through digital, email and direct marketing channels. The Marketing Manager will execute direct marketing campaigns to prospects and customers. Key areas of focus include testing, optimization, and analytics. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience at an eCommerce company and/or 2 years experience administering direct marketing and customer acquisition programs. They will report directly to the Director of eCommerce.
