Job Requirements Responsibilities:
• Work in conjunction with outside digital marketing consultants to plan, strategize, oversee, implement and optimize online marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Manage all aspects of online sales.
• Create and uphold the social strategy and voice for the digital initiatives.
• Collaborate internally with all Juilliard departments to ensure that the initiative’s marketing messages and visual identity are consistent with Juilliard’s.
• Serve as internal “owner” of initiative’s web presence including overseeing its development and maintenance.
• Create and maintain web content and organize appropriate internal communication about website changes and updates as required.
• Develop and implement marketing forecasts, goals and P&L and report on results to management.

Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years relevant experience in marketing for the performing arts or consumer-oriented educational products.
• Ability to manage a complicated and multi-faceted budget.
• Technically savvy including experience working with Content Management Systems, email platforms, ecommerce systems, digital advertising platforms, and social networks.
• Strong writing, proofreading, communication and project management skills.
• Eye for layout and design; basic HTML and Photoshop skills
• Demonstrated time management skills; ability to prioritize and address multiple tasks within a fast-paced business environment.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Engine Optimization, and split testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to represent the Juilliard brand well in all aspects of the job.

Preferred Background:
• Significant exposure to and/or knowledge of the performing arts is a strong plus.
