Digital Ad Ops Manager, Client Services

Job Requirements Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of a growing ad ops department; ensuring accurate order entry, inventory forecasting & management and reporting.
•Hire, train and mentor group that interfaces with internal and external clients and ensure that the team achieves and exceeds the clients’ business objectives
•Supervise interpretation of campaign data and be able to report to client on results.
• Ensure accuracy of orders, including email campaigns, contests and video advertising
•Assist in the inventory approval process and provides guidance on alternative ad solutions to help Sales achieve maximum sell through.
• Investigate and resolve delivery, performance and billing issues
• Identify and recommend solutions for streamlined pre and post sales process
•Collaborate (& educate) w/Sales functional ways to sell / implement unique ad offerings (regi-targeting, standard / custom solutions, geo/demo placements)
•Work closely with vendors to troubleshoot issues and reconcile billing
• Maintain database of guidelines, policies and procedures for new hires
•Be an industry thought-leader: participate in industry events, remain knowledgeable of industry trends, and collaborate with team members to communicate our vision

Qualifications:
•3+ years working within a digital ad operations team with experience using one or more Internet ad serving systems (i.e. DART, 24/7 Real Media, etc.) preferred.
•2+ years experience directly managing employees in a fast-paced, high-volume client service digital ad ops environment
•Strong analytical, strategic and creative problem solving skills with strong attention to detail
•Strong project management and communication skills.
•Exercise high-level decision making ability in working with customers, including fostering relationship management skills.
