The primary role of the Communications Strategist is to raise the public profile of Sub Rosa through well designed communications in appropriate online and offline channels. We strive to enable brands to behave more like human beings; thus, this role is tasked with ensuring Sub Rosa’s voice and personality is experienced as honestly as possible, regardless of the context through which it is encountered. Deep knowledge of effective multi-channel communications tactics is critical, as well as first hand experience leveraging digital platforms to generate leads which produce business development opportunities.


-Proactively build relationships with culturally relevant thought leaders, publications and organizations through all available digital, social and analog channels to raise the public profile of Sub Rosa.
-Secure article mentions, speaking engagements and thought leadership opportunities for Sub Rosa to showcase our unique approach and multidisciplinary team
Steward, author and develop Sub Rosa’s external communication channels (website, social media, blog, etc.) to successfully achieve targeted growth goals.
-Contribute to the development of communication and social media strategies for business development and active client work, presenting approach and ideas in person when necessary
-Work with colleagues to communicate ideas in a clear and compelling fashion, whether for internal works, to clients through pitches and proposals, etc.
-Support the development of new client relationships while contributing to the execution of communications strategies for the current client base
