•($1-2M) revenue responsibility across one or a group of clients.
•Focuses on growing revenue on the assigned account and exceeding 25% client operating margin.
•Understands all upcoming client initiatives over the next 12 months.
•Works with Sales to develop and execute business strategy that meets or transforms our client’s sourcing needs.
•In conjunction with Project Management, participates in the approach, planning and estimation of all full-service projects.
•In conjunction with Engagement leadership, focuses on solving our client’s biggest challenges.
•In conjunction with client finance, ensures all client activity is processed/invoiced in a timely and accurate manner.
•Participates in project reviews and develops case studies for the work.
•Manages clients and projects efficiently and professionally.
•Leverages client relationships for introductions to additional business units and brands and provides meaningful contribution to new business.
•Participant in periodic account planning to plan and forecast for client growth.
Qualifications and experience
•Capable of building client relationships and managing revenue with clients.
•1 - 3 years experience within an integrated or digital agency.
•Bachelor's degree ideally in Marketing/Media, Advertising or Business related discipline.
•Stakeholder management - The ability to successfully manage multiple suppliers, partners and customers to ensure the best outcome for both customer and Bayard.
•Presentation skills - ability to conceive, prepare, author and give presentations to clients.
•Knowledge of clients' business - ability to understand the clients business, whatever market sector and be able to discuss knowledgeably with the client.
•Business development - identification, pursuit and conversion of additional opportunities for the Company. Leveraging of client relationships for introductions to additional business units and brands.

As a member of the Bayard client services department, you will develop day-to-day client relationships and be committed to driving their business forward through innovative work that inspires and motivates talent acquisition. You will also help generate profit for Bayard and deliver projects that achieve excellent results for the client and the agency. Account Manager’s must also begin to develop an exceptional understanding of the digital arena and how new and emerging developments can be exploited to add value to a clients business.
