Job Requirements JOB PURPOSE
The Account Director will be responsible for the overall management of his/her account(s) or line of business. The Account Director represents the Agency's senior management on a day-to-day basis at the Client and within the Agency. The Account Director plays a key role in developing subordinates.

* Leads team in developing media strategies, tracking and analyzing media and creative
performance and provides strategic insights and direction to client
* Delivers overall revenue and profit production of their dedicated account
* Owns all aspects of day-to-day account management
* Peer management of cross functional teams to assure that client requirements are delivered
* Fosters a strong strategic relationship with key team members at all levels of the client
* Works cross functionally with other areas of agency to increase company-wide revenue
production within the account
* Stays abreast of industry trends, business opportunities and best practices
* Provides insight and ideas for agency development to Senior Management
* Manages third party client relationships as may be required (e.g. creative relationships,
* Follows all company health and safety procedures
* Performs other related duties as required or assigned

* Account Executive or Account Coordinator assigned to his/her account(s)
* Can recommend hiring, terminating, corrective actions and performance reviews for account
executive level employees
* May execute performance reviews for account executive level employees
