Job Requirements We are seeking a savvy marketing professional to manage internal agency communications and some external communications, such as conferences and awards management. This position also supports the healthcare sales team, based in Phoenix.

This position reports to the Vice President of Marketing in Washington, D.C., and the Chief Marketing Officer, based in New York City. It’s a fast-paced, creative-idea-fueled job, so a self-starter that requires minimal direction and has great communication skills is a must!

You must possess:

• At least three years of marketing experience, including sales support, communications, and event planning

• An understanding of content marketing and healthcare communications

• The ability to multitask and juggle numerous requests and deadlines

• Strong writing and copy editing skills

• Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail

• Proficiency in PowerPoint and InDesign

• A “Yes, I Can,” positive, collaborative attitude

• Understanding of email software and CMS

• Ability to work on-site full time in our Phoenix, AZ office

Responsibilities include:

• Collaboration with leaders across the company to develop proposals, presentations, and pitch
sites to support the healthcare sales efforts for new and existing business

• Managing healthcare lead generation initiatives, including email marketing and direct mail marketing

• Overseeing internal communications for the agency, developing internal news for the intranet and two weekly internal newsletters

• Developing agency award entries and executing conference and trade show involvement, including speaking proposals and special events

• Assisting with the management of the agency’s social media accounts
