As part of the digital marketing team at our high growth company, you’ll have the opportunity to work with young and talented marketing professionals as well as with the company’s seasoned executives. The position is based in San Francisco and reports to the Digital Marketing team supervisors.

Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a Digital Ad operations/trafficking professional with at least 2 years’ experience in managing digital campaigns across multiple vendors, ad trafficking, testing and budget management. Successful candidates should be metrics-focused and comfortable with data and demonstrate a passion for digital marketing. Potential candidates should also have a solid understanding of emerging media and tracking technologies, and know how to leverage these effectively to drive results. Agency experience is a plus. . Manage paid digital media campaigns directly or indirectly in conjunction with external agencies to support qualified lead generation on mobile, display, search, affiliate and traditional media
. Project-manage creative repository, ad trafficking, keyword lists, custom audiences, and ad spend /marketing budgets
. Upload creative assets, build campaigns, implement tracking, set up URLs and traffic ad tags for multichannel marketing campaigns
. Modify and customize landing pages as needed
. Experiment, test, and deploy new sourcing channels / offers / landing pages
. Analyze existing creative and media performance to optimize results and share insights
. Generate actionable observations, insights, and recommendations and communicate internally and externally to outside agencies to optimize lead generation

Desired skills and experience:

. Data driven and action-oriented; creative and willing to pitch in where needed
. Solid understanding of ad tracking/trafficking, a/b/n testing, tag management and web analytics
. 2+ years of agency- or client-side experience in implementing direct response online marketing programs display, social, and mobile. Affiliate and SEM experience a plus
. Strong project management skills with an ability to facilitate growth across 10+ partners
. Strong communication skills and ability to interact with agency partners, vendors, senior executives and peers in a collaborative work environment
. Team player and self-starter; comfortable working in a fast-paced startup and taking initiative with limited resources
. BA/BS degree
