Job Requirements This position is responsible for developing and managing direct marketing campaigns, primarily through on-line advertising, email, SEM, direct mail and social media. The Direct Marketing Manager will develop, launch, analyze, optimize, maintain campaigns, issue performance reporting, budgeting and forecasting. And with the assistance of the Director of Marketing, also identify and develop the physical marketing collateral associated with campaigns, including white papers, application notes, video, technical posters and case studies.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Executing, producing, measuring and improving global direct response programs across all media including web, email, online ads on third-party sites, social media, direct mail, etc.)
• Develop, implement, track and analyze digital advertising, email and paid search campaigns to increase acquisition numbers based on key performance indicators: lead generation and conversion, program metrics such as cost per click/inquiry/qualified lead and results by target, offer and creative.
• Work with Director of Marketing and third-party resources (copywriters, graphic designers, web developers, etc.) throughout the campaign development lifecycle to identify list acquisition opportunities.
• Manage integration of marketing automation system with CRM.
• Determine global campaign program objectives, establish and track metrics, understand variances and make program decisions based on results.
• Identify opportunities to measurably improve the lead generation and conversion rates; test ideas and analyze and report on test results.
• Monitor the marketplace, competitive landscape, industry trends and third-party data sources to identify new digital marketing opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelors Degree
• 5+ year’s experience in marketing and/or advertising experience in corporate and/or agency
• Experience working with small- to mid-size firms
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Eloqua, Pardot and iContact for Salesforce required.
• Experienced with best practices for email and landing page creation.
• Experience with Google Analytics reporting.
• Ability to communicate and present critical information to all levels of employees and customers.
• The organizational and interpersonal skills necessary to gain cooperation of several departments that do not report directly to the position.
