•Ability to work either individually on a project or in a team environment
•Eagerness to meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility

•Tradeshow industry experience preferred but not required

We are seeking an SEO Specialist to work with the SEM Manager to develop SEO strategies for each of our 20 websites, and their associated social properties to drive increases inour organic traffic as well as complement and enhance our paid trafficefforts. We need someone who can puttheir SEO knowledge and experience to use in this newly created role to bringtheir ideas to life and immediately impact our SEO efforts.
Reporting directly to the SEM Manager, the SEO Specialist will lead the execution of SEO initiatives,working with stakeholders across the organization including Marketing, Sales,Conference, eBusiness, IT, association partners, and others to ensure timelycompletion and optimal results.
The SEO Specialist will carryout keyword research, short and long-term SEO planning, SEO roadmap developmentand implementation, action plan development and implementation, and ongoingresults monitoring, tracking and reporting. The SEO Specialist will also be expected to stay abreast of search engine industry best practices and developments, proactively researching and planning Google algorithm updates and other search developments, assessing both theirpotential and their actual impact, developing response plans and communicatingkey points appropriately across the organization.
