Job Requirements The Digital Media Supervisor will oversee the digital media team to develop and manage paid media campaigns that meet objectives and business goals. This person will prioritize and manage department workflow and will serve as primary contact for specified accounts.

Position Requirements
- Deep, hands-on knowledge of Google AdWords, Google Analytics and Facebook buying platforms. Google Certification and knowledge of other dashboards, analytics, research and buying tools a plus
- Ability to independently run a high volume of paid digital media campaigns: planning, daily management, billing, analysis, invoice resolution
- Develop integrated paid digital media plans that could include paid search, display advertising, mobile and streaming radio
- Strong communication and management skills, ability to prioritize and delegate workflow.
- Five to seven years of paid digital media planning and buying experience: preferably within an agency media environment
- Excellent presentation skills including preparing for presentations with PowerPoint, coordinating with manager and account execs, and presenting complicated information in an easy-to-understand format

Core Responsibilities
- Craft intelligent paid media programs in conjunction with the other media disciplines within the agency, with a firm footing in industry best practices and the client’s own historic media performance and projected media outcomes
- Reserve media space and issue insertion orders. Enter and manage client media billings, changes and cancellations – must be detailed and accurate – STRATA knowledge a plus
- Day-to-day management of digital tactics for specified accounts – we are a hands-on digital group, and do not rely solely on publisher reps for performance analysis and campaign pacing
- Work closely with the Strategic, Creative, Media, PR, Account Management and Interactive teams to develop campaigns, deliver ad units and gauge success
- Communicate directly with clients and internal team members on the outcome of campaigns and recommending further possibilities for more advanced use of digital media
- Work closely with the team to prepare detailed and effective campaign reports to optimize campaigns; communicate the ongoing and final results of campaigns to clients and account executives
